Following a February training, property contacts who have completed training regarding the specialized needs of artists, incentives that are available to artists in our area will be authorized to make direct listings on the space locator. If you are an artist seeking commercial or residential space in the Toledo area, we recommend that you consider contacting one of the trained agents. If you are an agent interested in being listed on our Property Contact Locator, please contact the Arts Commission of Greater Toledo, 419-254-2787. The next real estate agent training regarding meeting the needs of artists will be conducted in February 2007.
