SPACE LOCATOR
The Artist Space Locator will be a searchable online database of local properties which area real estate agents, organizations, or approved individuals have verified meet special criteria related to artists needs for live/work or live/work/sell space. We expect to begin accepting listings for the Artist Space Locator by January 2. Please contact the Arts Commission of Greater Toledo, 419-254-2787, if you wish to list a property for artists.
Real Estate Agent Locator
Following a February training, real estate agents who have completed training regarding the specialized needs of artists, incentives that are available to artists in our area will be authorized to make direct listings on the space locator. If you are an artist seeking commercial or residential space in the Toledo area, we recommend that you consider contacting one of the trained agents. If you are an agent interested in being listed on our Real Estate Agent Locator, please contact the Arts Commission of Greater Toledo, 419-254-2787. The next real estate agent training regarding meeting the needs of artists will be conducted in February 2007.
